Mrs. Callista C. Azogu is a distinguished business leader and accomplished energy executive with over 32 years of experience in the oil, gas, and energy industry. She is the immediate past Deputy Managing Director of Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (an Eni subsidiary), where she provided strategic leadership across corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, business strategy, finance, administration, human resources, negotiations, and Nigerian content development. Recognized for her strategic insight and problem-solving abilities, she has built an exceptional career leading business transformation, strengthening organizational performance, and fostering productive relationships with government, regulators, industry partners, and host communities across Nigeria and West Africa.

During her career with Eni, Mrs. Azogu held several senior leadership positions in Nigeria and abroad, including pioneering Eni Ghana as its first Chief Financial Officer, where she established the financial and governance framework that supported the company’s successful growth. She also contributed to the establishment of other Eni operations across West Africa and, as Deputy Managing Director, led top-level strategic initiatives for Eni’s Nigerian subsidiaries. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she played a prominent role in industry advocacy through the Oil Producers Trade Section (OPTS) of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, representing the company in engagements with policymakers and other key stakeholders. She also served as a Director of Nigerian Agip CPFA Limited and was a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA).

Mrs. Azogu holds Bachelors and Masters’ degrees in Accounting/Finance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), among other professional bodies. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RichFruit Integrated Company Limited, promoting agricultural products and exports while providing oil and gas advisory services. In addition, she serves on the boards of Heirs Assurance Limited, Derotech Offshore Services Limited (offshore rig provision) and Legend Offshore Integrated Limited. Her outstanding contributions to the industry have earned her several recognitions, including the Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN) Chairman’s Outstanding Achievement Recognition Award for her exemplary contributions to Nigerian Content development.

Wole Obasunloye is an accomplished finance executive with extensive leadership experience across the telecommunications and financial-services sectors. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Etisalat Services Holdings, where he oversees the financial management of nine subsidiary entities within the Etisalat, now e&, Group. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Etisalat Nigeria, providing leadership across corporate finance, financial planning, reporting, risk management, business restructuring and organizational performance.

His experience managing complex financial operations across multiple entities brings valuable perspective to the Advisory Board’s consideration of financial strategy, enterprise resilience and sustainable growth. Beyond his professional achievements, Wole is passionate about mentoring young finance professionals and contributing to industry knowledge-sharing initiatives. He enjoys sports, particularly football, and believes in continuous learning as a tool for personal and professional growth. Mr. Tajudeen Moyosola Shobayo brings to the Board of PANA Holdings more than three decades of distinguished leadership experience spanning the energy, agriculture, real estate, education, and aviation sectors. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an alumnus of the University of Liverpool, he has built an exceptional reputation as a finance and commercial strategist with deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, investment evaluation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and value creation.

Throughout his career, he has held senior management and board-level responsibilities, contributing significantly to the growth, governance, and long-term sustainability of the organizations he has served.

As a respected boardroom leader, Mr. Shobayo is recognized for his analytical rigor, sound judgment, and commitment to developing high-performing institutions and people. His professional journey has been enriched by advanced executive and leadership programs across Nigeria, Europe, and the United States, covering areas such as project management, strategic cost leadership, capital budgeting, negotiation, and enterprise risk management. Richard Imran Ding is a seasoned legal and business consultant with a diverse career spanning over 28 years across Kuala Lumpur, London, and Dubai. He is currently a Partner at ALB Mathew (in association with Excello Law) in Dubai, where he provides strategic legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters.

Since 2018, he has also served as a Partner at Excello Law in London, advising clients on international business transactions and regulatory compliance. His expertise covers corporate law, business strategy, and risk management, making him a trusted advisor to companies navigating complex legal landscapes.

Beyond legal practice, Richard is the Managing Director of Primilian, a consulting firm based in Malaysia that offers business advisory services across borders. His career has seen him transition from a lawyer in Kuala Lumpur to a legal consultant and partner in international law firms, demonstrating his adaptability and leadership.

Marvin Singer is a highly regarded corporate lawyer and strategic advisor with over four decades of international experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance. A former Senior Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, he has advised boards, investors, and multinational organizations on complex transactions, capital markets, and long-term strategic growth.

Mr. Edward Kind is a highly respected energy industry professional whose career spans more than three decades across offshore drilling operations, manufacturing, safety engineering, and advanced flow control technologies.

Beginning his professional journey in West Africa’s offshore oil and gas sector in 1989, he has built a distinguished international career characterized by technical excellence, commercial leadership, and a deep commitment to operational safety and performance. Throughout his 36 years in the industry, Mr. Kind has held a number of senior leadership roles, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor to operators, engineers, and industry stakeholders across global energy markets.

Since joining Mokveld Valves in 2002, Mr. Kind has played a pivotal role in supporting energy companies across Africa in addressing complex production and flow assurance challenges through innovative valve and process control solutions. His expertise spans the entire hydrocarbon value chain—from wellhead operations and processing facilities to pipeline transportation and storage infrastructure—enabling him to deliver strategic insights that enhance production efficiency, improve asset integrity, reduce emissions, and drive sustainable business performance.

Mrs. Pat Maseli is a member of the PE Energy Board. Prior to taking up this role, she was the former Deputy Director and head of upstream regulatory Division of the recently defunct Department of Petroleum Resources ( DPR). Presently Retired.

Before ascending to this role, she held and served  DPR in several  capacities including Coordinator National Data Repository, Assistant Director Exploration, Assistant Director Domestic Gas obligation, Assistant Director Resources Mgt, Assistant Director work programme & Unitisation, Team lead for Nigerian Norwegian collaboration for monitoring of Petroleum activities, Represented Nigeria in several international upstream engagements, Speaker in many national & International conferences.

Mrs. Pat Maseli is a member and Fellow of NAPE for which she is currently serving on the Advisory board of the association. She is also a member of NMGS & AAPG.

Dr. Daere Afonya-a Akobo, FCIoD (London) is a visionary entrepreneur, business mentor, and philanthropist celebrated for his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation. As the GCEO of PANA Holdings, he oversees a dynamic portfolio of companies, including PE Energy Ltd, AKD Consulting, PANA Institute, Ataraxia, and the Daere Afonya-a Akobo Foundation (DAAF).

Through DAAF, Dr. Akobo is deeply dedicated to giving back to the community, empowering the less privileged, and driving meaningful social impact.
In business, his bold, creative, and innovative mindset enables him to tackle complex challenges, deliver transformative solutions, and inspire growth across industries.

Early in his career, Dr. Akobo developed expertise in flow metering, vibration and condition monitoring, instrumentation, and control systems. With over 25 years of experience spanning electrical engineering, flow measurement, sales, and procurement, he has built a distinguished career in the oil and gas industry across Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).

Dr. Akobo held key positions, including Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent at International Petroleum of Nigeria, and earned recognition as the African Continental Top Talent during his tenure at General Electric (GE). Dr. Akobo’s extensive business portfolio has since expanded beyond the oil and gas sector, incorporating industries such as power, water and process technology, e-commerce, telecommunications, and information technology.

Iyenemi has been the backbone of the entire organization since its inception. With a background in Business Administration and CLE training in various international institutions in London, Dubai, Switzerland and Harvard. She is an alumni of the prestigious IMD Business School.

She has become a central figure in the administration of the group and a valued contributor to the growth of the business structure. She has held and efficiently managed key positions enabling and spurring the growth vision of the Chairman.

She is the Executive Director (ED), Business Operations additionally supervising the HR, Commercial Services and part of the Accounting functions.

She is also driving the implementation of all Corporate Governance requirements on the ground together with a dedicated team of professionals.

Currently serving as Executive Director, Finance at PANA Holdings, Dr. Lawrence has a proven track record in financial reporting, risk management, and strategic planning, leveraging his expertise to optimize financial performance and drive business success. Dr. Lawrence’s academic credentials include a PhD and MSc in Finance from the University of Port Harcourt respectively as well as a BSc in Finance and Banking from the University of Port Harcourt. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field of accounting and finance. Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Lawrence has held various leadership positions, including Executive Director at PE Energy Limited, where he oversaw financial strategies and activities, banking relationships, and project Leader at Plant Engineering Limited, he supervised and finance. As Accounts controlled accounting systems, prepared financial statements, and managed treasury operations. Additionally, he served as Finance Manager at Marine Service & Supply Company International Limited, preparing financial statements, managing supervising account receivables collection.

Dr. Lawrence’s expertise spans financial reporting, financial forecasting, financial management, leadership, and financial credit control, and analysis, budgeting, operations. He is a highly respected professional known for his exceptional numerical skills, integrity, resilience, and ability to utilize accounting software to drive business results. His strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions has earned him recognition as a sought-after expert in financial management

Nneka Okani is a commercial lawyer with over two decades of experience advising on complex transactions, strategic investments and enterprise growth across the energy, technology and infrastructure sectors. She provides legal leadership at the intersection of law, capital and business strategy, supporting investment and business expansion across EMEA and North America. 

She holds an MBA in Global Business from Coventry University, London, and an MSc in Oil & Gas Trade Management from Regent’s University London, combining legal, commercial and financial expertise to deliver practical solutions to complex business challenges. Prior to joining PANA Holdings, she held in-house legal roles at AITEO Group (now Nembe), where she advised on upstream and midstream operations, strategic investments and commercially significant projects. 

Nneka has advised on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, project and structured finance, cross-border investments, public-private partnerships and energy infrastructure developments. Her experience spans the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and legal due diligence to regulatory strategy, contract negotiation and transaction execution. 

As Senior Vice President, Legal & Compliance at PANA Holdings Limited, she leads the Group’s legal and compliance function across its international portfolio, providing strategic oversight for corporate governance, regulatory compliance, strategic transactions, intellectual property and legal frameworks that enable innovation and sustainable business growth. 

Nneka is a member of the Energy Institute (United Kingdom), the Women in Energy, Oil and Gas Nigeria, the Nigerian Gas Association and the Section on Business Law forum – Nigerian Bar Association. She has also completed executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy at INSEAD. 

Adebowale Adeniyi is an accomplished strategy, public policy and business advisory professional with over seventeen years of experience spanning energy, infrastructure, public finance, taxation, maritime and investment advisory.*
